BC-950 Adult Diaper Machine

STRUCTURE AND CHARACTER

1. The machine is able to produce two specification (L,M) products by  changing  cutting tools and gear box. 

2. It has the process mechanism of cotton pulp high speed muller system, drum  forming,

embossing, elastic waistline, frontal tape, side tape, tri-folding etc.

3. Tri-piece standing cuffs on the surface to prevent side leakage.

4. The volume of S.A.P controlled by stepless regulator.

5. Phase adjusting units are used in the key sections of the equipment so that the phase can be adjusted during production without stopping machine.

6. Application of the vacuum conveying system guarantees the stress, stability and fixity of the product.

7. According to customers demand, it is able to produce patient under pad by adding some units.

8. It can be equipped with PLC control system, touching screen according to customers demand.
